In current IT processes, knowledge of project management is indispensable in my opinion. For external consultants, project planning as part of feasibility analysis, time and resource analysis and planning is typical of day-to-day activities. Preparatory work for project management, risk analysis, proposals for risk minimisation, discovering dependencies and weak points, creating alternative plans and schedules all belong to day-to-day consultancy work and development for as long as I have worked in IT. I have already been occupied with Prince2 and its close connection with ITIL in particular since 2009.

Project contents

• Sub-project management and project assistance for various analysis and implementation projects regarding ITIL and workflow management.

Development/certification
